This website is operated by D'Lux Creations. It is intended solely to collect uniform orders and payments for the Shook Tournaments Halloween Havoc Boys 10U team. Any tournament information shown is provided for reference only; payments made through this site are for uniforms, not tournament registration.

When you submit a uniform order, we collect:

• 01Parent or guardian contact details: full name, email address, and phone number.
• 02Player details: athlete name, requested jersey name, requested jersey number, jersey top size, and uniform bottom size.
• 03Order details: quantity and the $36.00-per-uniform order subtotal.
• 04Payment details necessary to process your order through our payment providers (see below).

We use the information you submit to produce and fulfill your uniform order — to print names, numbers, and sizes exactly as entered and to communicate with you about your order, payment status, and delivery. Your contact details allow us to confirm orders, request corrections if needed, and provide updates about your uniform.

We process card payments through Stripe. Stripe handles your card data securely and we do not store full card numbers on this website. We may also accept manual payments via Zelle at create@madebydlux.com. For manual payments, follow the verified instructions provided at checkout and include your order reference so we can match your payment.

We share information only as necessary to fulfill your order — for example, with the payment providers above and our internal order and printing processes. We do not sell your personal information.
