REFUND POLICY

Jersey and uniform orders are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Because each uniform is custom-sublimated and printed to your specifications, we cannot resell a returned item.

We print uniforms using the information you provide. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

• 01If you spot an error, contact us before printing begins. Corrections confirmed before printing will not incur an additional fee.
• 02If printing has already occurred, customer-submitted errors (misspelled name, wrong number or size, etc.) will require an additional charge for a replacement jersey or uniform.
• 03Manufacturing defects or mistakes made by D'Lux Creations will be corrected or replaced at no additional cost to you.

To request a correction, email create@madebydlux.com as soon as possible.

Nothing in this policy waives any rights you may have under applicable law, including any consumer protection rights that apply to your purchase.
