TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by D'Lux Creations and is intended solely to collect uniform orders and payments. Any tournament information shown is provided for reference only; payments made through this site are for uniforms, not tournament registration.

Each uniform — which includes both the jersey top and the bottom — costs $36.00. Your order subtotal is calculated as $36.00 × quantity. The final total is shown at checkout before you pay.

• 01Credit or debit card via Stripe (secure, server-side checkout).
• 02Manual payment via Zelle to create@madebydlux.com. Include your order reference so we can match your payment. Manual orders remain 'Pending Payment' until payment is confirmed.

Where permitted by the applicable jurisdiction and payment-network rules, a 3% credit-card processing fee may apply to credit-card payments. The fee is calculated on the uniform subtotal and shown separately before you pay. For example, one $36.00 uniform with the permitted 3% fee has a $1.08 fee and a $37.08 total.

The fee does not apply to debit or prepaid cards. Apple Pay and other wallet fees depend on the underlying card type. If your jurisdiction does not permit the surcharge, no fee will be applied.

Images are mockups provided for illustration purposes. The final uniform may vary slightly in color, design placement, and appearance.

You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted on the order form, including names, numbers, sizes, and other customization details. D'Lux Creations will print uniforms using the information you provide.

• 01Corrections reported and confirmed before printing begins will not incur an additional fee.
• 02If printing has already occurred, customer-submitted errors will require an additional charge for a replacement jersey or uniform.

To request a correction, contact us at create@madebydlux.com as soon as possible, ideally before printing begins.

Jersey and uniform orders are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

• 01Customer-submitted errors (such as a misspelled name or wrong number/size) are your responsibility. If printing has already occurred, a replacement requires an additional charge.
• 02Manufacturing defects or mistakes made by D'Lux Creations will be corrected at no additional cost to you.

Before checkout you must confirm — via a required checkbox — that you have reviewed your order details, understand that images are mockups, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy. A link to our Privacy Policy is also provided at checkout.

Tournament details (event, dates, location, division, eligibility, and deadlines) are provided for reference only and are controlled by Shook Tournaments and/or Zorts. Purchasing a uniform through this site does not register a player for the tournament.
